I spent the morning giving individual travelers directions and guidance so that they could pursue their own itineraries in Paris today. Here is what our travelers did:
Went to world's largest flea market.
Visited friends.
Toured Montmartre including Sacre Couer, Place Pigalle, and Place du Tertre.
Visited the Louvre (again).
Shopped, shopped, and shopped.
Gone to a fashion show at a department store.
Had a picnic at Luxembourg Gardens.
Visited rue Mouffetard.
Had lunch at a Parisian cafe.
Went to the Eiffel Tower (again).

On our last small group tour of Italy, about half the group (4 of us) took a 2-day extension of the trip to Venice. It exceeed my expectations in that it is more romantic than I could have possibly imagined. Venice is one of those unique places on earth because it really is a city built into the sea.
