January: I like January because airfares are at their lowest and so are the tourist crowds. It can be rainy and chilly, but rarely is there more than a few inches of snow.
February: February is much like January. However, you might get one or two of those unusually glorious days. I like traveling to Paris in February.
March: With global warming, I'm kind of getting to really like traveling to Paris in March. It can get rainy, but the big crowds have yet to arrive and airfares are not at peak.
April: Oh, it will rain in April. However, April in Paris cannot be denied. Everything is blooming and rising out of the winter doldrums.
May: It's getting crowded now! Early May is good but lots of pre-planning is needed because the tourist crush is going on.
June: The most crowded month. To paraphrase Mark Twain, "The coldest winter day in Paris, was in June of 2007". The weather can vary greatly in June.
July: Paris is usually temperate and never gets very hot. But again, with global warming there have been a few brutal summers in the past few years. Make sure to get a hotel with A/C.
August: In 2012, I spent August in Paris and I was pleasantly surprised. The weather was fine and the crowds were low due to the fact that a lot of Parisians get out of town for vacation that month. Some restaurants are closed, but all museums and attractions are in full swing.
September: Very popular for tourists and not many school groups. Probably the 2nd most popular month.
October: My favorite! The big crowds have gone home, prices are lower.
November: Early November is just like October. Later in the month, it can get brisk. The department store holiday displays are terrific.
December: Most tourists are home preparing or celebrating the holidays. A good time to go if you can get there. It will be chilly and an outside chance of a dusting of snow.

Excellent. More descriptive than a bunch of highs and lows graphs.
